Same-day delivery across Chicagoland: Chicago, Arlington Heights, Carol Stream, Naperville, Niles, Palatine, Rosemont, Schaumburg, Skokie, South Elgin. Enter your ZIP code on the delivery page or at checkout to confirm your address is covered, with its fee and minimum.
What are your hours?
We deliver every day during our opening hours, listed on the contact page. Orders placed near closing time may go out the next day; we will let you know.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive the same day. We contact you after you order to confirm your delivery window.
Is there a delivery fee or a minimum?
Each delivery zone has its own fee and order minimum. You see both before you place the order.
Payment & ID
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. Please have the exact total ready; drivers may carry limited change.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. Everyone receiving an order must be 21 or older and show a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order.
Is tax included in the prices?
Sales tax of 15% is added to items at checkout. It is not charged on the delivery fee.
Deals
How do countdown deals work?
A deal price is valid until the timer shown on the product runs out. Your bag reprices automatically when a deal ends, and checkout asks you to review any change.
What does "buy X get Y" mean?
On promotions marked BOGO, the free item is added to your bag at $0 as soon as you qualify, and it is listed as FREE in your order confirmation.

How do I track my order?
Your confirmation email has a private link to your order page with its current status. Signed-in customers also see every order in their account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call or text us at 773-458-3561 as soon as possible with your order number and we will help.
I had an account on the old site. Does it still work?
Yes. Sign in with the same email and password. If you forgot it, use "Lost password" to set a new one.
